We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized hotel environment. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, be hospitable and professional, and possess an understanding of modern hotel housekeeping standards.

Job Duties

1. Lead the housekeeping team in providing efficient daily operations of all housekeeping activities
2. Ensure all rooms meet high standards of cleanliness
3. Follow safety measures within the housekeeping department
4. Train staff on standard operating procedures
5. Supervise staff performance to ensure quality service
6. Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
7. Create, manage, and maintain daily schedules for staff
8. Assist with resolving customer complaints regarding cleaning services
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience preferred
