Housekeeping Manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are a 5-star hotel based in Abu Dhabi and are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. This position is of high importance and requires an individual who is organized, professional and has the ability to lead a team.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in the housekeeping department of a large hotel or resort. They will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the hotel, as well as managing staff, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient operations within the department.

The Housekeeping Manager must be able to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines and ensure guest satisfaction. They should possess excellent communication skills and have experience in managing large teams of people from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate should also be willing to take on additional tasks as required by management.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200 per month plus benefits. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role if they possess the necessary qualifications and experience.
