Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and attend to maintenance issues.
• Communicate daily activities and problems to other shifts using approved channels.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment and ensure proper lubrication and calibration.
• Inspect equipment, identify shut-offs, and operate system controls.
• Carry and use tools, ladders, and safety gear safely; follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components as required.
• Update and coordinate with team on site safety and cleanliness.
