You will help maintain records, assist with budgeting and reporting, and coordinate preventive maintenance and work orders to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering administration, facilities coordination, procurement or hotel operations.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with inventory management systems, reports and administrative processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering operations through administration, inventory control, vendor coordination and maintenance planning.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with budgeting and reporting processes.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and track work orders to ensure timely completion.
