Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to support maintenance operations, inventory control, procurement, and budgeting. You will coordinate vendor relations, help plan preventive maintenance, and ensure records and reports reflect accurate, timely information.

You will manage daily engineering assignments, collaborate with contractors and vendors, and uphold safety standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering administration, facilities coordination, procurement, or hotel operations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory management systems, reports and admin processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized management systems, with strong communication and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, receiving and inventory control for engineering supplies, equipment and materials.
• Monitor vendor relationships, purchase orders, service agreements and deliveries to support operations.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and track work orders for timely completion.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reports and departmental files.
• Assist with departmental budgeting, financial reporting and accruals.
• Supervise daily engineering tasks and support the team to meet safety and operational standards.

YOUR ROLE

As an Engineering Supervisor you will support the management of engineering operations through effective administration inventory control vendor coordination and maintenance planning You will play a key role in ensuring the department operates efficiently by maintaining accurate records supporting procurement activities coordinating preventive maintenance programs and assisting with budgeting and reporting processes Your organizational skills and operational awareness will contribute directly to the success of the Engineering department and the overall guest experience

• Monitor vendor relationships purchase orders service agreements and deliveries to support operational requirements
