Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA is seeking a Support & Onboarding Executive to provide operational and technical distribution support across the MEA region. You will coordinate onboarding, system setup, rate and room mapping, and content validation to ensure properties are fully operational on all major distribution channels.

You will manage testing, channel activation, and post-launch performance while maintaining accurate onboarding records and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in hotel distribution, reservations, revenue or systems support.
• Experience with OPERA PMS and distribution connectivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical distribution support to MEA hotels and partners.
