Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA is seeking a dynamic Project Manager – Development to lead hospitality development efforts across the region. You will oversee project coordination, manage proposals, and ensure that development opportunities align with strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hospitality development, strong PM skills, and experience in proposal management. English fluency is essential; Arabic is an advantage. Immediate availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hospitality experience in the region.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience in proposal management, including preparation, coordination and presentation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates must be immediately available.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate hospitality development projects from initial assessment through to execution.
• Prepare, review, and manage development proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely progression of development projects.
• Conduct market research and preliminary assessments to support the evaluation of potential hotel development opportunities.
• Review project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and relevant documentation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support the preparation of feasibility studies, project assessments, and business proposals.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and development documentation.
• Support the development team in identifying opportunities to expand the company’s hospitality portfolio across the region.
