Job summary

AccorHotel in Dubai is seeking a Cluster Engineering Manager to lead engineering functions across multiple hotels. You will ensure the highest standards of preventive maintenance, asset reliability, and guest satisfaction while managing engineering operations effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of engineering leadership experience in hospitality, strong technical knowledge of systems, and be adept in budgeting and project management. You'll collaborate with various departments to support seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership experience within the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of hotel engineering operations, including HVAC and MEP systems.
• Sound knowledge of UAE regulations and preventive maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Engineering Supervisors and Technicians across the cluster.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all hotel facilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to engineering operations.
