The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Director of Housekeeping and oversee daily operations across guest rooms and public areas. You will lead a team of associates, enforce brand standards, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, with strong coaching, inspections, and communication skills. Marriott International culture and 5-Star service are emphasized.

• Supervise day-to-day Housekeeping operations including guest room and public area inspections.

• Attend and assist Housekeeping communication meetings.
• Investigate complaints and take corrective actions.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, F&B outlets and offices to ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Butlers to place rooms out of order when needed.
• Supervise and monitor the use of cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies; liaise with maintenance.

Job Requirement

• Provide a professional and advisory support to the Director of Housekeeping, to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the Housekeeping department.


• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day Housekeeping operation including inspection of guest rooms and public areas.


• Coach and train all talents in the department, improve their work performance through inspections, corrections of standards and provide direction.


• Ensure hotel and housekeeping regulations and procedures are being followed by all HK associates


• Attend and assist to conduct Housekeeping communication meetings.


• Investigate complaints, take corrective actions and follow through.


• Conduct daily physical inspections of guest rooms, public areas, F&B outlets and offices to ensure prescribed standards of cleanliness


• Recommend rooms which required being place out of order, coordinating with Engineering, Front office and Butlers to make these rooms available for repair and maintenance work.


• Supervise and monitor the use of all guest supplies, cleaning chemicals, machines and equipment. Follow up on contractors with the maintenance.


• Supervise and schedule inventories for store and supplies items.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel.
