Job summary

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a Concierge to assist guests with entertainment and dining bookings, courier services, and directing guests to various areas of the hotel. You will also address guest questions and resolve problems to ensure a smooth, personalized experience.

In this full-time, non-management role, you will collaborate with the Front Office team to uphold Marriott's luxury service standards and provide exceptional hospitality to our guests in the Nation Tower location.

Qualifications

• To assist guests with Concierge services including entertainment/dining bookings, sending and receiving courier packages and directing guests within and outside of the Hotel.
• To answer guest questions and resolve guest problems.

Responsibilities

• Make bookings for Concierge Services as requested by guests
• Advise guests on local area (tourism or business locations, sights or events)
• Record all the bookings and activities in Alice portal
• Welcome guests and direct them to Reception
• Know regular guest names and requirements
• Accurate knowledge of hotel facilities and services
• Answer guest questions and resolve guest problems
• Promote the Hotel generally
• Know the names, functions and locations of the Management Team
• Ensure that guests receive their messages and faxes promptly
• Assist with guest luggage when required
• Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals

Job Requirement

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Make bookings for Concierge Services as requested by guests

Preferred Qualifications

• To carry out any other duties as required


• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.


• Related Work Experience: 2 years work experience on the same field in a Luxury Hotel Brand.
