Job summary

JLL in Dubai seeks an Associate Asset Management MENA to join the Hotels & Hospitality team. This permanent on-site role supports hotel assets across the region, building monthly, quarterly and yearly financial models and presenting insights to owners and operators.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hotel asset management or related finance, excellent English and Arabic, and a proven track record in financial analysis, performance reviews, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in hospitality or business management is required.
• 3–5 years in hotel asset management, finance or revenue management is essential.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Creation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial models and reports for hotel assets.
• Strategic positioning and operational performance reviews.
• Review and benchmarking of hotel profitability against market norms.
• Prepare analysis for yearly budget negotiations with hotel operators.
• Prepare market commentaries and asset management presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across hotel assets and the wider JLL MENA team.
