Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Hostess at Ballarò , Conrad Dubai :

• Offer a gracious welcome: Greet each guest warmly and set the tone for a memorable dining experience.

• Manage reservations and seating: Coordinate bookings, walk-ins, and table assignments while honouring guest preferences and maintaining a smooth flow of service.

• Personalise every visit: Recognise returning guests, acknowledge special occasions, and discreetly share preferences with the service team.

• Guide guests with confidence: Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and answer questions about Ballarò’s dining experience with care and professionalism.

• Keep service flowing: Communicate arrivals, waiting times, and special requests clearly with the F&B team so guests feel attended to throughout their visit.

• Maintain an elegant welcome area: Ensure the entrance, host stand, menus, and guest areas are immaculate and ready for service.

• Uphold Conrad Dubai's standards: Follow service, hygiene, health, safety, and alcohol awareness procedures to support the well-being of guests and team members.
