• Protect quality and freshness: Check ingredients, rotate stock, and monitor beverage inventory.
• Handle transactions with care: Process payments accurately through the POS system.
• Respond with professionalism: Address guest requests promptly and manage alcohol-related situations tactfully.
• Uphold Conrad Dubai’s standards: Follow health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol awareness requirements.

• Craft exceptional beverages: Prepare and present cocktails and other drinks with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, following approved recipes and presentation standards.
• Share your expertise: Guide guests through the beverage selection with confident, thoughtful suggestions that complement their dining experience.
• Keep the bar service ready: Prepare garnishes, replenish supplies, and maintain an organised bar so every order can be served promptly and beautifully.
• Protect quality and freshness: Check ingredients, rotate stock, and monitor beverage inventory to maintain the highest standards.
• Handle transactions with care: Process payments accurately and discreetly through the point-of-sale system.
• Respond with professionalism: Address guest requests and concerns promptly, and manage alcohol-related situations with tact and respect.
