Job summary

1. Guest Reception & Seating
   • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
   • Confirm reservations and manage walk-in guests efficiently.
   • Escort guests to their tables and present menus promptly.
   • Maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover and guest flow.
2. Reservation & Queue Management
   • Handle phone calls and online reservations accurately.
   • Update and monitor reservation systems to avoid overbooking.
   • Communicate estimated wait times to guests and manage waiting lists effectively.
   • Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely table readiness.
3. Customer Service & Experience
   • Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about menu, specials, and services.
   • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and elevate when necessary.
   • Ensure guests feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
   • Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects brand standards.
4. Operational Support
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
   • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
   • Monitor dining area for guest needs and assist with special requests.
