Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a hostess to oversee guest seating, ensure efficient table utilization, and maintain flow during service. The role includes leading and training the hostess team to uphold service standards, upsell, and resolve conflicts with professionalism.

You will be the main point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, addressing them with empathy. A detailed reservation system must be managed, including bookings, walk-ins, and event reservations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hostess/guest-service experience.
• Experience with reservation software and POS systems.
