Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests and prospective guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage restaurant reservations, including telephone bookings and accurate records.
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared for service and that tables are set to standards.
• Maintain excellent personal presentation and grooming in line with policies.
• Update guest databases and communicate relevant promotions to guests.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of menus and daily specials to support guest enquiries.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Respond promptly to reservation requests, guest enquiries, and guest feedback.

About the Job

• Ability to adapt to changing situations and operational requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high‑performing team environment.
• Desired Experience within a cinema or entertainment venue.
• Demonstrable customer service skills and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
