Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Dubai seeks an enthusiastic Host/Hostess to welcome guests at the restaurant, seat them promptly, and support service standards in a luxury 5-star setting.

Qualifications

What you will do

• Welcome the guests at the restaurant.




• Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences.




• Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.

What you bring

• 1-2 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role.




• Outstanding grooming, outgoing and joyful personality.




• Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience managing a team of host/esses.




• Knowledge of MICROS preferred, OpenTable and others.




• Excellent communication skill and fluency in English and other languages such as Italian, Spanish will be an advantage.
