Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a luxury lounge professional to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will take orders, relay them to the kitchen or bar, and stay informed on the lounge menu and specials to promote premium beverages and food.

Maintain polished appearance and exceptional service at all times. The role includes 6 days per week over 48 hours, with a tax-free salary plus service charge and comprehensive staff housing, medical and life insurance, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or luxury F&B environments.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to tailor service for high‑end guests.
• Knowledge of cocktails and wine pairing helpful.
• Professional grooming and presentation required.

What You Will Do

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Stay informed about the lounge's menu, drinks, and specials.
• Promote premium beverages and food items to maximize sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area and ensure tables are set appropriately for guests.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in hospitality or luxury establishments within F&B department.
• Fluent in English with clear verbal skills.
• Ability to provide personalized service to high-end clientele.
• Familiarity with cocktail preparation and wine pairing.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a luxury environment.
