Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Food & Beverage Captain to deliver an exquisite dining experience for guests. You will set up tables, serve food and beverages, and maintain the highest standards of service.

Requirements include 1-2 years in a 5-star luxury hotel and knowledge of food & wine; the role offers competitive salary, tax-free terms, and opportunities for growth. This position expects 6 days per week over 48 hours.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role.
• Knowledge in food & wine and outstanding sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
• Comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
• The Food & Beverage Captain will set up tables, serve food and beverage to guests, and clear/clean tables.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
• This individual must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
• The Food & Beverage Captain will be responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables.

What You Bring

• 1-2 years’ experience in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role.
• Knowledge in the areas of food and wine, and should possess outstanding sale skills.
