Job summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop digital content that showcases our hotel, dining experiences, guest stories, and lifestyle offerings. The role spans photography, videography, reels, and graphic design for social media, website, and campaigns.

You will plan content strategies, cover events, and collaborate with Rooms, F&B, Recreation, and Sales & Marketing to align with brand standards and marketing objectives. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, content editing, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Strong creative storytelling, copywriting, and visual content development skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content trends, audience engagement strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and produce engaging digital content for social media channels, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute content strategies to promote rooms, dining, events, promotions and guest experiences.
• Attend and cover hotel events, activations, and special occasions to capture high-quality content.
• Collaborate with Rooms, F&B, Recreation, and Sales & Marketing to identify content opportunities.
• Monitor social media trends and industry developments to craft innovative content.
• Ensure all content aligns with Hyatt brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Maintain a structured digital asset library of photographs, videos, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Prepare and maintain content calendars to support planning and publication across platforms.
• Maintain records of content projects, approvals, and campaigns with proper processes.
• Support Marketing & Communications team in promotions, partnerships, and PR activities.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality with company information and guest content.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
• Build positive relationships across hotel departments to enable collaboration.
• Represent Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai professionally and contribute to market presence.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to support business objectives.
