Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong network of contacts within the local market is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and partnerships
• Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout their stay
• Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for management review
