Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Ajman seeks an experienced Management professional to lead daily operations for Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry where applicable. You will direct teams, verify guest rooms and public spaces are maintained to premium standards, and manage inspections with accountability for corrective actions.

You will drive guest satisfaction while controlling operating budgets and ensuring adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED with 2 years housekeeping experience or related area.
• Alternative: 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies guest room status is communicated to Front Desk in a timely manner.
• Inspects guestrooms daily and evaluates cleanliness and readiness.
• Schedules employees to meet business demands and tracks time/attendance.
• Maintains inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms; ensures availability.
• Trains and supervises staff; reinforces standards and corrects deficiencies.
• Promotes a culture of guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.
