Job summary

Foreground Consultancy seeks a Chief Executive Officer for a fast-growing hospitality and F&B group in the UAE. You will set the strategy, drive performance, and lead expansion across existing concepts and new ventures.

With full P&L responsibility, you will standardise operations, strengthen leadership, and ensure profitability. You will work closely with shareholders on franchising, regional growth, and serve as the public face to partners, landlords, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have senior executive experience within hospitality, F&B, or multi-brand consumer environments.
• Strong exposure to scaling restaurant or lifestyle concepts is essential.
• Experience operating in the UAE market is highly preferred.
• The ideal candidate combines commercial discipline with brand sensitivity and people leadership.
• Board and investor-facing experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group's overall strategy, performance, and expansion across existing and new concepts.
• Take full P&L responsibility and oversee operations, finance, brand, and growth.
• Standardise operations, strengthen leadership depth, and ensure profitability across the portfolio.
• Work closely with shareholders on expansion strategy, franchising, and regional growth.
• Act as the public face of the group with partners, landlords, and regulators.
