You will lead end-to-end concept development, pre-opening strategies, governance, and partnerships, ensuring projects meet brand standards, budgets, and guest expectations, while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Senior F&B development professional with extensive luxury hospitality experience.
• Strong ability to translate brand vision into distinctive, profitable concepts.
• Proven stakeholder alignment and project delivery across multi-property portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end F&B concept development from ideation to pre-opening.
• Define unique selling propositions and market-driven positioning for outlets.
• Oversee governance, budgets, timelines and collaboration with design/ops teams.
• Identify partnerships with chefs and operators to enhance the portfolio.
• Monitor performance and optimize concepts post-opening for profitability.
