Job summary

Dashco in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a hospitality business. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to support management decisions.

You will manage day-to-day accounting, prepare monthly statements and management reports, monitor cash flow, and coordinate with Operations, F&B, Procurement, HR and senior management while ensuring UAE VAT compliance and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5 years of finance and accounting experience with strong hospitality or hotel experience.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, group or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cost control.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or CMA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability and budget variances.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliations and month end closing.
• Collaborate with Operations, F&B, Procurement, HR and senior management on financial and cost control matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, UAE VAT, internal controls and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory and financial reporting requirements.
• Lead and support the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial activities.
