Job summary

Dashco Middle East is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee day-to-day accounting operations within a hospitality-focused environment in Dubai. The role requires preparing monthly statements, management reporting, and driving budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

You will ensure VAT compliance, timely month-end closes, and collaborate with Operations, F&B, Procurement, HR and senior leadership on financial matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of finance and accounting experience, with strong hospitality or hotel experience.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant group, or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Management reports.
• Budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor revenue expenses cash flow profitability and budget variances.
• Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger reconciliations and month end closing.
• Work closely with Operations F&B Procurement HR and senior management on financial and cost control matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards UAE VAT internal controls and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory and financial reporting requirements.
• Lead and support the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial activities.
