Job summary

Accor is seeking a Finance Manager/Assistant Finance Manager for its Dubai operations. You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and local regulations. A strong emphasis on cost management and team development is essential.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of UAE hospitality finance experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics, and proficiency with SunSystems, Opera Cloud, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of senior UAE hospitality finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and advise on corrective actions.
• Provide financial modeling and feasibility analysis for projects.
• Maintain internal controls and manage F&B costs and purchasing.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and treasury functions.
• Ensure UAE VAT, corporate tax and Tourism Dirham compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and authorities.
• Oversee credit control, receivables and payroll efficiency.
• Recruit, train and mentor the finance team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years as Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager in UAE hospitality
• Hotel experience is mandatory

• Strong understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and local labor law

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA)
• Previous experience with Accor brands
