Zusammenfassung

Hilton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Finance Analyst to turn numbers into insights that guide hotel performance. You will prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational reports, monitor performance against budgets, forecasts and prior periods, and deliver timely insights for decision-makers.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will support budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, and the development of dashboards and tools to improve reporting accuracy and business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or similar finance role.
• Hospitality or hotel finance experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, consolidate, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial and operational reports.
• Analyze actual results vs. budgets, forecasts, and prior periods; provide variance analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, profitability, and KPIs; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Support P&L analysis and reporting for departments and hotel-wide performance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and rolling projections; validate assumptions and data.
