Job summary

Hilton Abu Dhabi is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support environmental health and safety standards across the hotel and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations. You will help implement HACCP and food safety management, conduct inspections, training, and audits, while promoting a safe environment for guests and Team Members.

Strong communication and admin skills are essential. This role requires flexibility, the ability to work under pressure, and the initiative to resolve issues promptly

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the HACCP Food Safety Management System
• Conducting routine inspections of food-related and operational areas and following up on corrective actions
• Assisting with internal audits documentation and regulatory compliance
• Monitoring food handling storage hygiene and temperature controls
• Coordinating food, water and ice testing and maintaining records
• Supporting food safety and EHS training for Team Members
• Assisting with investigations related to food safety or hygiene concerns
• Supporting sustainability and Hilton Travel with Purpose initiatives
