Job summary

Novotel Sharjah Expo Center is seeking a creative Content Creator Intern to amplify the hotel’s brand across digital and print channels. You will work with the marketing team to craft campaigns, manage assets, and ensure our story resonates across platforms.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Familiarity with photography/videography and editing software (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Internship or project experience in marketing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging, on-brand social content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and more.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimize reach and impact.
• Collaborate on paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google) to maximise ROI.
• Build community by engaging with followers and responding to comments in real time.
• Craft written, visual, and video content for digital and print channels.
• Capture authentic moments through photography and videography for promotional materials.
