Job summary

Novotel Sharjah Expo Center is seeking a creative Content Creator Intern to amplify the hotel’s brand across digital and print channels. You’ll work with the marketing team to craft campaigns, manage assets, and ensure the brand story resonates across platforms.

This internship offers hands-on experience in hotel marketing, mentorship, and opportunities to build a professional portfolio within an international brand environment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media, or related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
• Familiar with photography/videography and editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule on-brand social content across key platforms.
• Monitor metrics and optimize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate on paid social campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Capture and edit photography and video for promotional materials.
• Support brand consistency across digital and print collateral.
