Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain supplier records and reconcile statements regularly.
• Verify approvals and coding on invoices before processing payments.
• Assist auditors and ensure compliance with hotel policies and controls.
• Handle intercompany and petty cash postings and month-end accruals.
