Job summary

Kershaw Leonard is seeking a commercially minded Female HORECA Sales Executive in Dubai to promote and sell a complete product range to hospitality clients. The role requires building new business, managing relationships and achieving sales targets across hotels, restaurants, catering and related sectors.

You will engage with purchasing managers and hotel management, present tailored solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Female candidate required for balance of team.
• Proven experience in B2B sales within the HORECA, hospitality supply or food service industries.
• Experience selling product categories such as uniforms, crockery, cutlery, glassware, small kitchen equipment and banqueting tables/chairs is highly desirable.
• Established network within hotels, restaurants, catering companies or hospitality procurement.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) mandatory; Arabic or other regional languages would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the HORECA sector targeting hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies and hospitality groups.
• Promote and sell the full product portfolio including uniforms, crockery, cutlery, glassware, small kitchen equipment and banqueting tables/chairs.
• Identify and approach potential customers across Dubai and the wider regional market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing managers, procurement teams, F&B managers, hotel management and business owners.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations and sales meetings to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and follow up on proposals to convert opportunities into orders.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives and gross margin expectations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale follow-up.
