Job summary

Client of Reap HR is seeking a qualified Homeroom Teacher for FS3 (Year 3) under the British Curriculum in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The role requires a native English speaker with QTS/PGCE, and experience delivering Year 3 lessons.

Newly Qualified Teachers are encouraged. The ideal candidate will differentiate instruction, build strong partnerships with parents, and support the school’s safeguarding and wellbeing policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with B.Ed., Bachelor’s Degree and PGCE/PGDE.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching the British Curriculum.
• Native English speaker with experience in the British Curriculum.

Job Title: Homeroom Teacher – FS3 (Year3) Primary Teacher (British Curriculum), Native English Speaker.

Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Employment Type: Full‑time. Start Date: August2026. Immediate Joiners: Available.

Nationality Preference: UK, Ireland, South Africa or other Western native English‑speaking countries. Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) encouraged. Male and female candidates welcome. Preferred age up to late 40s.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified teacher with B.Ed., Bachelor’s Degree and PGCE/PGDE.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching the British Curriculum (UAE experience not essential).
• QTS or equivalent teaching licence preferred.
• Native English speaker with experience in the British Curriculum.
