• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents regarding academic and pastoral matters.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, and student wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with school and ADEK requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
• Participate actively in school events, parent meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities.

The Homeroom Teacher is responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that enables students to achieve their full potential.
