Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license or Eligibility with Abu Dhabi qualification (DHA/DOH).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in homecare or similar setting.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing wound care.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and using medical equipment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
