Qualifications
- Valid UAE nursing license or eligibility (DHA/DOH Abu Dhabi).
- Bachelor degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical homecare or similar experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.
- Willingness to relocate within Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care at patients' homes including meds, vitals, and wound care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with families.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and equipment use.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
