Job summary

Keka Inc. in Dubai is seeking a Home Healthcare Operations Coordinator to coordinate visits, assign clinicians, and liaise with patients and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will monitor schedules, maintain records per DHA requirements, handle inquiries, and prepare daily operational reports to support the Home Healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in healthcare coordination/home healthcare operations in Dubai/UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
