Job summary

Fempower Personnel seeks a qualified Physiotherapist to plan and administer home-based treatment plans in the UAE, including Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiothoracic care. You will travel to patients’ homes across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Western Region, delivering personalized care to restore function and promote health.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in Physiotherapy, active HPCSA registration, 2+ years of post-qualification experience, valid Good Standing, current

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Active HPCSA registration.
• Valid Certificate of Good Standing (issued within 6 months).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Must hold a valid driver's license; UAE license assistance provided.
• Ability to travel to patients' homes across assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiothoracic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment.
• Provide physiotherapy for orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, and post-operative patients.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive care.
• Test and measure strength, motor development, function, and sensor perception.
• Evaluate progress, reassess, and modify treatment programs as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and progress reports.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team.
• Comply with DOH/DHA regulations and homecare standards.
