Job summary

Freelancer Prox is seeking a qualified nurse for home health care, traveling to patients' homes within Jubail and surrounding areas. You will assess health, develop care plans, and administer treatments while coordinating with physicians and families.

Minimum 2 years in home health, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Arabic are required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients' health and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
• Communicate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff
• Travel to patients' homes within Jubail and surrounding areas for appointments
