Freelancer Prox is seeking a reliable Home Attendant to join our team in Dubai. The Home Attendant will provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

The ideal candidate has strong work ethics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience.
• Knowledge of personal care techniques and practices.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Eligible to work in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Help with household tasks: meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Monitor client health and report changes to the team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
