Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi seeks a Product Specialist - Home Finance to manage MIS for Real Estate Finance and Home Finance, coordinate incentives, and support product policy renewals. You will prepare dashboards and weekly reports for management and relationship managers, while ensuring compliance with controls and audit requirements.

The candidate should hold a university degree with 9+ years in MIS/ Real Estate/ Investment Analysis, possess strong English and computer skills,

Qualifications

• University degree and 9+ years relevant experience in MIS/ Real Estate/ Investment Analysis.
• Good command of English (spoken & written).
• Good computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage MIS for Real Estate Finance and Home Finance portfolios.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and dashboards for management and RMs.
• Prepare REF sales incentives and related payments.
• Present weekly CA expiry tracking report to BU and Risk.
• Maintain automatic tracking sheets for valuation and audits.
• Coordinate BCP and ORM activities; update RCSA and ARC logic.
• Involve in REF Product program renewal/approval and CAPs report.
• Support HF role with KPIs and staff financing schedules.
