The role requires strong Arabic and English communication, 3+ years in banking, and solid credit analysis skills. You will contribute to portfolio quality and adhere to daily targets in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of practical banking experience, preferably in finance and credit.
• Detailed knowledge of Retail Banking credit products and services.
• Broad knowledge of UAE banking regulations, policies and risks.
• Strong command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Good computer skills and attention to document detailing.

Responsibilities

• Review credit applications for completeness and timely processing.
• Prepare error-free credit documentation and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze bank statements for genuineness, turnover and potential manipulation.
• Assess applicant's financial statements and provide findings when required.
• Meet daily targets with minimal errors as per scorecard.
• Escalate complex cases with full analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ADIB products, policies and procedures.
• Suggest system improvements and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by Management.
