Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a dedicated Home Care Nurse for a stay-in role in Dubai, UAE. You will implement physician-guided care plans and monitor ICU-level patients at home.

The position is full-time with monthly salary AED 7,500 plus accommodation and meals. Experience in ICU care is preferred and prior home-care work is an advantage.

You will coordinate with healthcare professionals, document prescribed medications, assess vital signs, and support families to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• 1 year ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement physician-guided care plans at home.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, BP, pulse) and document care.
• Provide bathing and daily hygiene support.
• Manage medications and record prescriptions.

Job Responsibilities

• Taking care of an individual's medical care strategy according to the Physician's guidelines
• Need to be recognizing just how to handle person in ICU
• Bathing as well as brushing the client daily
• Examining temperature, high blood pressure, pulse, and also other vital indicators
• Carrying out and keeping a document of all prescribed drug
• Looking for infection, bedsores, and injuries in the individual
• Informing and suggesting Caregivers in the house
• Dressing or restoring injuries as well as assessing the progression of healing
• Establishing and also boosting the medical care plan in partnership with other health care workers in the house
• Offering palliative treatment as needed to keep the patient comfy
• Make recommendations for devices or tools that might boost the patient's lifestyle
