Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai is seeking a Home care Nurse - Elderly on a full-time basis. The role involves managing the patient's healthcare plan under medical directions, providing ICU-level home care, and monitoring vital signs to ensure comfort and wellbeing. Preference for Tagalog-speaking candidates with ICU experience.

The position requires close coordination with family and other healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive home care and maintain documentation of medications and progress.

Qualifications

• ICU experience preferred; 1 year minimum in ICU setting.
• Tagalog language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow medical professional's directions to manage the patient's healthcare plan.
• Provide ICU-level care at home.
• Assist with daily bathing and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.).
• Administer medications and document all prescriptions.
• Inspect for infections, bedsores and injuries.
• Inform and advise home caregivers.
• Dress wounds and monitor healing progress.
• Coordinate care plans with other healthcare staff at home.
• Provide palliative care to keep the individual comfortable.
• Suggest devices or tools to improve quality of life.

• Taking care of an individual's healthcare plan according to the Medical professional's directions
• Need to be knowing just how to take care of individual in ICU
• Showering as well as grooming the client daily
• Checking temperature, high blood pressure, pulse, as well as various other essential indications
• Administering and preserving a document of all suggested drug
• Inspecting for infection, bedsores, and also injuries in the client
• Informing as well as recommending Caretakers in the home
• Dressing or remedying injuries and also examining the progression of healing
• Establishing and also improving the health care plan in cooperation with other medical care employees in the home

Job Type: Full Time

Income: Approximately AED7,500.00 monthly

Experience: ICU experience from residence country: 1 year (Preferred).
