Overview
ICU Nurse — We are looking for an ICU Nurse to join our ICU Team. Provide treatment for patients with serious clinical problems in the ICU, and care for patients who have undergone invasive procedures, accidents, injuries or organ failure.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care of each patient in accordance with the patient’s individuality, abilities, culture, and options.
- Provide nursing care based on knowledge, research, and reflective practice.
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times by following effective work practices.
- Ensure professional requirements are met by obtaining and maintaining current licensure/registration.
- Demonstrate expertise in clinical practice.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Perform other occupational duties and unit-based competencies as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation from a recognized nursing program (minimum duration of three years) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Present valid registration in the country of training and/or country of last employment.
- Desirable: 4-5 years of experience in a hospital setting.
- Knowledge/Technical Skills: Care distribution, involvement of patient and family in treatment, health promotion and care records, and asset/ resource management.
- Personal Abilities/Proficiencies: self-development, communication, teamwork, client orientation, safety awareness.
- Permits/Enrollment: Valid DHA Nursing Certificate or Eligibility Letter.
