Job summary

Vault in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Client Servicing Manager to support Wealth Advisors by handling onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day client requests, enabling advisors to focus on strategy and business development.

You will coordinate with Compliance, Operations, custodians and banks to keep records, disclosures, and KYC/AML requirements up to date, while maintaining a proactive servicing calendar and high standards of client care.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a client servicing, relationship support, or private banking operations role.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML and onboarding processes for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing directly with sophisticated clients.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and portfolio/reporting tools.
• Arabic language skills a plus, given GCC client base.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client requests (statements, transfers, account changes, general queries) and ensure timely resolution.
• Act as a secondary point of contact for clients when the Wealth Advisor is unavailable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across CRM and portfolio systems.
• Coordinate client onboarding, including KYC/AML documentation, account opening forms, and regulatory disclosures.
• Liaise with Compliance and Operations to ensure documentation meets FSRA/ADGM requirements.
• Track outstanding items and follow up with clients to close gaps.
• Process and track service requests: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, standing instructions.
• Prepare client-facing materials (portfolio summaries, meeting packs, performance reports) ahead of advisor meetings.
• Coordinate with custodians, banks, and third-party providers on account servicing matters.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and reviews on behalf of the Wealth Advisor.
• Maintain a client servicing calendar (reviews, renewals, document expiries, follow-ups).
• Flag at-risk or high-priority client issues proactively to the Wealth Advisor.
• Ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain audit-ready files for each client relationship.
• Escalate any compliance concerns promptly.
