Role Purpose
The Client Servicing Manager acts as the operational backbone of the client relationship, working closely with Wealth Advisors to ensure HNW clients receive a seamless, high-touch experience. This role owns the administrative, documentation, and coordination workload behind client relationships — freeing the Wealth Advisor to focus on advice, strategy, and business development — while acting as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Support
- Handle day-to-day client requests (statements, transfers, account changes, general queries) and ensure timely resolution
- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients when the Wealth Advisor is unavailable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across CRM and portfolio systems
Onboarding & Documentation
- Coordinate client onboarding, including KYC/AML documentation, account opening forms, and regulatory disclosures
- Liaise with Compliance and Operations to ensure documentation meets FSRA/ADGM requirements
- Track outstanding items and follow up with clients to close gaps
Transaction & Servicing Support
- Process and track service requests: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, standing instructions
- Prepare client-facing materials (portfolio summaries, meeting packs, performance reports) ahead of advisor meetings
- Coordinate with custodians, banks, and third-party providers on account servicing matters
Relationship Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and reviews on behalf of the Wealth Advisor
- Maintain a client servicing calendar (reviews, renewals, document expiries, follow-ups)
- Flag at-risk or high-priority client issues proactively to the Wealth Advisor
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain audit-ready files for each client relationship
- Escalate any compliance concerns promptly
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a client servicing, relationship support, or private banking operations role (bank, private bank, wealth/asset manager, or family office)
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML and onboarding processes for HNW/UHNW clients
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing directly with sophisticated clients
- Proficiency with CRM systems and portfolio/reporting tools
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Arabic language skills a plus, given GCC client base
