Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or property development procurement.
• Specialization in civil procurement for high-rise residential construction.
• Contract negotiation experience with suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.

Responsibilities
