Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil Draughtsman.

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation.
• Practical experience in civil, structural, and architectural construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, building layouts, dimensions, levels, sections, and elevations.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate engineering drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil, structural, and architectural drawings for high-rise projects using AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings, working drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings to reflect site conditions.
• Review drawings to identify discrepancies and coordination issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants to meet requirements.
• Incorporate revisions based on consultant comments and site instructions.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, dimensioned, and compliant with standards.
• Support site teams with updated drawings and clarifications.
